Shipping policy

This policy explains how orders placed on kalvejewellery.com are prepared, shipped and delivered by Kalvė Jewellery. It applies to every order, wherever it is going.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Lithuania.

Order processing

Once your payment is confirmed, you receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that your name and delivery address are correct.

Each order is prepared within 24 business hours. Your piece is wrapped and placed in a Kalvė gift box before it leaves us. If you added a gift message in your cart, it is included with the order.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared on the next business day.

Delivery times and options

Delivery times are counted from the day your parcel is dispatched, not from the day you order.

If you need your order sooner, choose express delivery at checkout. The options available to you depend on your address and are displayed before you pay.

These times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, public holidays, severe weather and carrier delays can add time, and we cannot control them.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is complimentary on every order. There is no minimum order value. If you choose a faster option at checkout, its price is shown before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship across Europe and to many destinations beyond it. Enter your address at checkout: if we can deliver there, the available delivery options appear. If your country is not offered, write to hello@kalvejewellery.com and we will tell you whether a solution is possible.

Duties, import taxes and VAT

Duties and taxes are shown or handled at checkout, so you know what applies to your order before you pay.

Some destinations, typically those outside the European Union, can charge import duties or taxes on arrival. Rules differ by country and are set by the local customs authority. Where import charges can apply to your destination, checkout tells you before you complete your purchase.

If anything about duties or taxes is unclear for your country, please write to us before ordering.

Tracking

When your parcel is dispatched, we send you an email with a tracking link. Tracking information may take a few hours to appear after the carrier first scans the parcel.

Packaging

Every order arrives in a Kalvė gift box, packed so that the piece reaches you in good condition. A gift message is optional and can be added in your cart.

If your order is a gift, you can enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. We include no price information inside the parcel.

Address changes and failed deliveries

If you need to correct or change your delivery address, write to us as soon as possible, quoting your order number. We can change it only before the parcel is dispatched.

Please make sure the address you provide is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to agree the next step.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is late, or tracking shows no movement for several days, write to us with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and keep you informed.

If a parcel cannot be located, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If the packaging or the piece is damaged, email us as soon as you can with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and the piece. We will arrange a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we cover the return shipping. See Returns & exchanges for details.
