We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

 

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, including any accompanying materials.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@kalvejewellery.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

2. damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@kalvejewellery.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

3. exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@kalvejewellery.com. Once your return is approved, we will assist you with placing a replacement order.

4. right of withdrawal

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

 

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

5. refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
