Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders.

No. All duties and taxes are covered — the price you see at checkout is the final price.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Can I place an order as a gift?

Yes. Orders can be shipped directly to the recipient. We do not include pricing information inside the package.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

How do exchanges work?

within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the next steps once the original item has been returned.

Which items are not eligible for return?

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return.
For hygiene reasons, certain jewellery items may also be excluded from return.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Kalvė Jewellery is crafted using Baltic amber, sterling silver, and gold-plated silver, depending on the piece. We work with natural materials chosen for their durability, character, and ability to age well over time.

Are your materials responsibly sourced?

Yes. We work with trusted suppliers and partners who meet our standards for material quality and responsible sourcing. Natural materials are selected with care, with an emphasis on longevity rather than excess processing.

Will each piece look exactly the same?

No. Subtle variation is a natural part of working with amber and precious metals.
Differences in tone, texture, and internal structure are expected and are part of what makes each piece unique.

Kalvė Jewellery is designed in the Baltics and produced in collaboration with skilled manufacturers and craftsmen. Final finishing and quality control are carried out with close attention to material and detail.

Are your pieces nickel-free?

Yes. All Kalvė Jewellery is nickel-free and suitable for everyday wear.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Kalvė Jewellery is made from natural materials and should be handled with care. We recommend removing jewellery before water exposure, physical activity, or contact with chemicals.

Will my jewellery change over time?

Yes. Natural materials such as amber and precious metals may develop subtle changes with wear. This is a normal part of ageing and reflects use rather than a defect.

Yes. Kalvė pieces are designed for regular wear. However, mindful use will help preserve their form and surface over time.

How should I store my jewellery?

When not worn, jewellery should be stored in a dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or box. Storing pieces separately helps prevent contact and surface wear.
